Breast feeding one is hard enough let alone twins, there really isn't enough specialist help.Rebecca Englishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05172015190746277400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1301782361074686473.post-16458358463727233482012-01-30T15:38:11.732+01:002012-01-30T15:38:11.732+01:00It is really overwhelming. With the twins I felt really nervous but after a day as the hospital ward filled up with yet more twins I realised I'd be better off at home.

I really think though that more could be done to support All new mums in hospital. In other countries mums stay in for longer and are given a break with babies taken away so they can get some sleep to recover from labour and to prepare for being at home. It might not suit everyone but it would be amazing to have that option here.Musings from a mumhttp://www.musingsfromamum.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1301782361074686473.post-58351745396280392962012-01-30T12:12:10.654+01:002012-01-30T12:12:10.654+01:00As a first time mum I had loads of questions and w...As a first time mum I had loads of questions and worries too. I was four days in the hospital and dreaded coming home. By the time the twins came, i couldn't get out fast enough. Experience and confidence counts for everything, and it's such a shame that mums don't get more support when they need it.Trouble Doubledhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10994453703905075585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1301782361074686473.post-13121215390282923002012-01-20T21:21:48.088+01:002012-01-20T21:21:48.088+01:00well done, I always regret not feeding my twins - ...well done, I always regret not feeding my twins - am making up for it with the third child! xnorthernmumhttp://www.northernmum.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1301782361074686473.post-81097126037062568232012-01-20T14:06:57.901+01:002012-01-20T14:06:57.901+01:00That endless list of questions doesn't end.......That endless list of questions doesn't end.... I know that with my first, I was scared to pick him up and was waiting for someone to tell me what to do, but they never did. I wanted so desperately to hold him close, but didn't want to do anything 'wrong'. Bad nursing. Bad start, but having two must have been even worseAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
